Dr. Kari Schultz grew up on a hobby farm in Rochester, Minnesota, where her passion for wellness began at an early age. After earning her degree in Zoology from North Dakota State University in Fargo, she went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. As a child, Dr. Kari regularly visited the chiropractor for overall wellness, which sparked her lifelong interest in holistic health. This early experience, combined with a growing curiosity about essential oils, supplements and the impact of everyday products and habits on health, led her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve optimal wellness and educate them so they feel empowered in their own health. Certified in the Activator Method, Dr. Kari is trained in a variety of adjusting techniques, allowing her to personalize care to meet each patient’s individual needs. Additionally, she is certified in animal chiropractic and finds great joy in treating animals and supporting their health as well. Dr. Kari, her husband, and their two Labrador retrievers, Hank and Dale, recently relocated to Idaho in search of new adventures. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys hiking scenic trails, joining her husband on hunts, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and discovering the best local coffee shops.

My sincere passion for nursing and patient care started as a young twelve-year old when my father, who was only forty-two at the time, survived a severe heart attack. I was so grateful for the knowledgeable healthcare team that saved my dad’s life. It deeply inspired me to be the nurse who can love and care for others in the challenging, critical moments, or medical complications they may face. The inspirational spark that was lit inside me continues to burn, and has followed me through fourteen years of momentous opportunities of learning and growth, to become the versatile nurse that I am today. My career started in the operating room as a circulating nurse followed by the cardiac unit, intensive care unit, post-partum/mom-baby and nursery unit, pain and spine specialty, emergency room, pre surgical and post anesthesia care, procedural sedation nurse, and now as a functional medicine-integrative wellness clinic specialty nurse. I am especially excited to assist patients in finding the root problem of their health complications and offer solutions to improve quality and function of life. I grew up and learned to work hard every-day on a cattle ranch here in southeast Idaho. I married my high school sweetheart who is a cowboy and a financial analyst for the largest agriculture bank in the world. We have four beautiful daughters that keep us running. We love to spend time together in various sporting events and on our family farm with all our horses. I am currently progressing my nursing career as a Doctorate Student in Idaho State University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. I will specialize in Family Practice and Functional Medicine with a strong passion for supporting total body nutritional and musculoskeletal health for all ages, and women’s hormonal health and wellness. Dr. Mark Kennington is a distinguished chiropractor with a master’s degree in functional nutrition. He possesses an unwavering passion for improving the lives of his numerous patients with varying lifestyles. As a dedicated practitioner specializing in functional nutrition, Dr. Kennington has collaborated with notable figures like Miss America contestants, professional basketball and soccer players, college football players, college volleyball players, and even celebrities seeking cameo appearances. Through his commitment to a personalized approach to nutrition and exercises, he has consistently facilitated the attainment of their health and wellness objectives, whether it pertains to enhancing athletic performance, managing chronic health conditions, or fostering a sense of optimal well-being.

Natalie Fuss

Natalie Fuss is a Naturopathic Doctor, born at Mountain Home, Idaho AFB. In 1983 Natalie joined the US Air Force and went into electronics, it was there that Natalie met her husband, Jeff Fuss. Along with raising children and a few animals, Natalie enjoyed racing horses. Natalie joined the Country Health team in 2008, working with Dr. Klassen, attending education classes in nutrition, health and natural healing. Natalie received her Doctor of Naturopathy from Kingdom College of Natural Health in 2018.

Randy Vawdrey

Randy Vawdrey grew up in the Salt Lake City, Utah area where he was active in athletics, student leadership and family. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in nursing science. He has served as the COO of Physicians Immediate Care Center since 2005. Randy joined the team at Country Health in 2018. He has helped to balance the integrative health and wellness in the Country Health Clinic. Integrative Health and Wellness is an alternative practice and approach to combine conventional medicine with complementary and alternative practices for the purpose of optimizing health. Randy has a great understanding of the nature of health and healing and takes into consideration the whole-body healing approach. When not working, Randy enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife LaChere and five children. He is actively involved in his church and other community based engagements.

Watching people become healthier, improving their lifestyle, and gaining an understanding of health, diet and nutrition is a rewarding part of her life. Kristine enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin and their children and grandchildren.
